No one likes pests. Luckily, Las Palmas has contracted with Cook's Pest Control to provide extermination services. Units are regularly treated, but if an emergent issue arises, contact Cook's Pest Control directly at 251-279-6490.

Las Palmas has engaged Sage Solutions to handle the processing of COA fee payments and other COA financial needs.
Sage Solutions has a team of bookkeepers and accountants who provide monthly electronic invoices that can conveniently be paid online. Our goal is to simplify billing and payment processes for owners.
